    I purchased this product as an easy way to set goals. A bound book with everything in it!!!!! – from food planner make a list ingredients/groceries I needed for healthy planning and ability to log what I had for my meals, water intake and exercise. Beautiful phases / quotes to read especially if on a day where I might be all over the place – it got be grounded and back on track. It enabled me to take ownership and review what is going well and what areas need a bit more attention to improve. All about me – “ME time”
