  • Write down at least one thing you have accomplished in the day.
  • Write down at least one thing you are grateful for.
  • Note what you have already scheduled for tomorrow.
  • If not already scheduled, write in your 3 most important tasks to do today.
  • If not already scheduled, write in your 3 most urgent tasks
  • Close your planner.
  • Set your clock.
  • Let your subconscious mind process and prepare while you sleep.

In the space provided, you can note down at least one thing that what you are grateful for and you have accomplished for the day creating a fantastic feeling.
